Phoenix is a charity run preschool. We operate with a voluntary management committee who support the operational team in the running and governance of the preschool.
We are always open to new members of our committee, if you are interested in getting involved please reach out.
Members are elected by parents of the children who attend Phoenix Under Fives at an Annual General Meeting (AGM), which usually takes place in the Autumn Term. The AGM is open to all parents and staff to attend and is an opportunity to reflect on the previous years activities and share plans for the year ahead.

Sally, Chair
Sally has been the Chair since September 2022. As a former primary school deputy head, Sally enjoys using her skills in education and leadership to support the Phoenix team in creating a supportive, enriching environment to nurture the children at Phoenix
Natalie, Treasurer
Natalie joined the Phoenix committee in 2022. An artist and mother of young children, Natalie enjoys using her experience in the charity sector to coordinate fundraising opportunities for Phoenix.
Jasmin, Secretary Jasmin is a highly experienced early years practitioner who has spent many years working and managing early years settings. Jasmin enjoys sharing her experience through her voluntary role and providing invaluable input to the running of Phoenix.
